Google Cultural Institute: Hands-onExhibitor Briefing
Piotr Adamczyk, ITHAKA - Artstor & JSTOR, USA
In 2011, Google launched the Google Art Project, a still-growing digital repository of artworks from Museums, Libraries, and Archives around the globe. Spurred on by our partners, we've been adding features to our platform - hosting content, embeddable image viewers, exhibit creation tools - and making Google technology work for Museums - high-resolution imaging, 3D scanning, mobile publishing, and experiments in VR. In this hands-on session we'll show you how all these tools work together to help our partners publish the content they already have and quickly create new experiences for their audiences.
