September 1, 2014 Online proposal submission opens.
September 30, 2014 Deadline for proposals for formal papers, professional forums and how-to sessions.
October 2014 Program Committee reviews conference proposals.
November 2014 Lead authors notified if their proposal has been accepted by November 30.  (Rejected proposal authors will be notified in December.
December 2014 Preliminary conference program released.
December 1, 2014 Early registration opens.
December 5, 2014 Volunteer and Scholarship applications close.  Scholarship acceptance will be announced by December 15.
December 31, 2014 At least one author of each accepted paper, how-to session and professional forum must have registered for the conference by this date or their presentation will be removed from the program. Deadline for proposals for demonstrations and lightning talks. Early registration closes.

2015

January 31, 2015 All written papers due for formal and how-to sessions. All AV requests due. At least one author of each demonstration and lightning talk must have registered for the conference by this date or their presentation will be removed from the program. Regular registration closes.
February 1, 2015 Best of the Web nominations open.
February 28, 2015 Exhibitor descriptions due. Exhibitor program advertisements due. Exhibitor logos due for website.
March 1st, 2015 Best of the Web nominations close.
March 19, 2015 Just-in-time registration closes.
March 16, 2015 Extended deadline for discounted hotel reservations.
March 23, 2015 Best of the Web People’s Choice Voting begins.
March 31, 2015 Student Registration closes.
Last day to propose projects for review in the Crit Rooms.
Tuesday, April 7, 2015 Pre-conference Tours.
Wednesday, April 8, 2015 On-site registration begins. Pre-conference Workshops. Best of the Web People’s Choice Voting ends. MW2015 Welcome Reception.
Thursday, April 9, 2015 MW2015 begins. Registration desk opens at 8:00 am. Exhibitors’ Reception.
Friday, April 10, 2015 MW2015 continues. Best of the Web winners announced. Conference Reception.
Saturday, April 11, 2015 MW2015 continues. Closing Plenary. MW2015 ends.
