Exhibitor Briefing

In the fall of 2014, I organized an internal brand audit of the Museum of Northwest Art, in La Conner Washington exploring how their brand experience played a role in structuring the museum's internal culture. Interviews, observational research and internal communication tools, including email, Web, and social media were reviewed for alignment. By defining, refining, and creating new digital systems and communication platforms, a more unified brand-centric culture for staff and visitor were achieved.
