70 Museums over 17 months in 7 Minutes:Exhibitor Briefing
Brad Baer, Bluecadet, USA, Brad Baer, Bluecadet, USA
One of the great things about collaborating with cultural organizations is that I'm able to spend a good deal of time exploring museums. In fact, over the past year and a half I’ve visited 70+ museums around North America while covering 33,454 miles (just shy of 1.5x around the earth). I’ve learned about Monet paintings, moray eels, Micro-raptors, medical oddities, and everything in-between. On top of that, I’ve picked up on some amazing trends, got behind the scenes tours of remarkable spaces, and learned from many of the amazing people that bring museums to life. This ignite talk will highlight some of the similarities, differences, and findings in a personal and humorous 7-minute presentation that will highlight several MW attendees.
