Periodically large cultural organisations undergo significant change – it may be the construction of a new facility or the expansion of an existing one, the arrival of new Director who changes the organisation’s strategic direction, new large scale inter-institutional collaborations, or even some kind of crisis. Cultural organisations in change are fertile spaces for critical shifts in approach to their digital work. How we organise ourselves to support the digital functions of our missions is increasingly critical to our success. In this professional forum we will explore how our organisations have recently approached digital organisation in times of change.
